Description
- Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts
- Provide financial analysis and insight into operational performance
- Lead on site based budgeting and forecasting processes
- Drive cost-saving initiatives across the organisation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or Qualified by Experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proficiency in using finance-related software
