Description
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts payable.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Support ad hoc financial tasks as required by the accounting and finance department.
Profile
A successful Transactional AP Processor should have:
- Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- An understanding of financial processes and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of 12.50 to 14.50, depending on experience.
