TECHINCAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE / HYBRID WORKING / COMPETITIVE BASIC, UNCAPPED COMMISSION, COMPANY CAR

With more than 30 years industry experience Isothane Ltd are a leading developer and manufacturer of polyurethanes. Over the years Isothane has accumulated a wealth of experience to provide innovative solutions and well formulated and dependable products.

We are looking for an ambitious Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in servicing new and existing customers in the UK & European markets. This will be a customer focused role and will take the lead in selling the company’s range of construction and speciality chemicals to the UK & European market.

This sales role will largely be combination of remote, on the road and office work from our sales office in Knutsford Cheshire, you will occasionally be expected to attend our manufacturing facility based in Accrington Lancashire should it be required.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Representative:

  • Managing and developing our existing customer base
  • Providing technical support and application advice to all customers
  • Proactively identifying and closing opportunities for new products and markets
  • Planning and setting a sales strategy for the territory
  • Travel to visit customers
  • Liaise with technical department to ensure an excellent customer journey

Skills & Experience required:

  • 2 Years+ field sales experience
  • Sales minded with strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service is a must
  • Knowledge of selling speciality, construction and/or performance chemicals (Essential)
  • Experience selling Pre-polymers, adhesives or Elastomers (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full clean driving licence
