HGV Class 2 Driver

Valenti Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a versatile and reliable Warehouse Operative with a valid 7.5T driving licence and CPC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, with a roughly 50/50 split between driving and warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a 7.5T vehicle to:
• Deliver stock to FedEx/DPD depots
• Carry out stock transfers to processing units
• Make occasional customer deliveries
• Supporting warehouse operations including:
• Inbound stock handling
• Order dispatch
• General warehouse duties when driving isnt required

What Were Looking For:

• 7.5T licence with valid CPC essential
• Experience with Counterbalance, Flexi, or VNA forklift (minimum one)
• Training will be provided on any trucks not already certified
• A proactive, flexible approach to work
• Reliability and good communication skills

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
• Occasional earlier starts for customer deliveries (with early finish)
• No weekend work
• Overtime available only when required
