Salary: £30,000 + profit-share bonus
Hours: 38-hour contract and daytime hours

What youll be doing:
- Leading the kitchen in a lively, community-focused play centre
- Creating fresh, nutritious menus that appeal to children and adults alike
- Supporting a programme of events, from birthday parties to seasonal celebrations
- Managing stock, budgets and ordering with confidence
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards are exceptional
- Inspiring and training your team to deliver warm, welcoming service every day
- Supporting team members across both front and back of house operations.
What were looking for:
- Experience as a Chef Manager or similar leadership role
- Passion for fresh food, family dining and community-led catering
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle busy event days
- Knowledge of dietary needs, allergens and nutritional requirements
- A calm, positive leader who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment
- Solid IT and financial management abilities
