What youll be doing:

  • Leading the kitchen in a lively, community-focused play centre
  • Creating fresh, nutritious menus that appeal to children and adults alike
  • Supporting a programme of events, from birthday parties to seasonal celebrations
  • Managing stock, budgets and ordering with confidence
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards are exceptional
  • Inspiring and training your team to deliver warm, welcoming service every day
  • Supporting team members across both front and back of house operations.

What were looking for:

  • Experience as a Chef Manager or similar leadership role
  • Passion for fresh food, family dining and community-led catering
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle busy event days
  • Knowledge of dietary needs, allergens and nutritional requirements
  • A calm, positive leader who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment
  • Solid IT and financial management abilities
