We are seeking a Aftersales Parts Supervisor to work for a family run agromachinery business near Knutsford.
Our client designs, manufactures, and distributes innovative agricultural machinery and is seeking a highly motivated Aftersales Parts supervisor to lead and develop the parts department.
The working week is 5 days 8 till 5:15
One Saturday a month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, Drive and Coordinate sales within this department sales
• Manage departmental profitability
• Develop and deliver parts marketing plans
• Maintain consistent internal processes (ordering, receiving, selling, returns)
• Represent the company at events and product demonstrations
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
Experience and skills required:
• Experience in agricultural machinery parts management preferred, but not essential
• 2 years Parts sales experience
• Level C and above in Maths and English
• Forklift experience
• 2 years B to B and B to C sales experience
• 1 year Logistics experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience helpful
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong IT, CRM, Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Full UK Driving License
