Site Manager

We are seeking a proficient Civils Site Manager to join our team and oversee projects focused on water treatment and wastewater treatment works (WWTW). This role is pivotal in managing the civil engineering aspects, ensuring that projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule. The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage site operations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will lead the site team, supervise subcontractors, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with AMP8 projects and working knowledge of United Utilities frameworks will be advantageous.

5. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
6. Experience with managing subcontractors and direct labour.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Knowledge of HSQE standards.
9. Experience with project documentation and reporting.
10. Familiarity with AMP8 water industry projects.
