Description:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Administrator to support the Healthcare Concierge Operations Manager. They will deliver a high quality, comprehensive administrative service and assist in project planning, monitoring and process mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Operational Manager within Healthcare Concierge.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and project trackers
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of process maps, procedures, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Production of weekly and monthly KPI reports.
- Maintain and improve procedures, flagging gaps and producing supporting documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Desirable skills
- Previous admin or project support experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator-verbally and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes instruction and ownership
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
