About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Senior/Specialist Voice Engineer to join a leading financial services company. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex network infrastructures, working with cutting-edge voice technologies to drive transformation and ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CUCM V14, Teams Voice services, and Ribbon 5400 SBCs.
  • Provide expert-level Cisco routing and switching

  • Ensure compliance with ITIL service management and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support network stability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills & Experience:

?? Proven experience in designing, implementing, or supporting complex network environments.?? Strong expertise in CUCM V14+, Teams Voice migration, Ribbon 5400 SBCs.?? Solid knowledge of Cisco routing and switching protocols.?? Experience delivering high-impact network changes within financial services.
