Reed Health & Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker to come and join one of our well-established clients based in South Lanarkshire.
This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week.
The salary from this role is ÂŁ32,000 - ÂŁ35,871 depending on experience.
What the roles involves?•   Leading a team of dedicated Support Workers to provide a high-quality service•   Coach and mentor the staff team to ensure they perform to the best of their ability•   Working closely with families and agencies to implement and develop support plans for individuals•   To be involved with the recruitment of new staff•   Providing support to the team as and when they need it
What we are looking for?•   Experience within a Senior, Team Leader or Management role•   SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care and Leadership Management for Care Services•   Must have a full UK driver’s license due to location of service•   Strong communication and listening skills•   A passion for caring for vulnerable people•   Commitment and reliability•   PC Literate
