Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly management accounts.
- Manage both sales and purchase ledgers with precision.
- Oversee the procurement of supplies and the management of expenses to optimize resources.
- Lead a talented team of three, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Collaborate across departments to uphold financial best practices and contribute to strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data to aid in forecasting and financial planning, providing actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in a Management Accountant role or similar.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles and adept at financial management.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Relevant professional qualifications in Accounting or Finance (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
