This is a fantastic role for someone with a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, looking to develop their skills in accounts payable and contribute to a collaborative finance function.
What You'll Be Doing:- Verifying and processing invoices, credit notes, and statements.
- Communicating effectively with partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Investigating and resolving invoice and statement queries, escalating when needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger account reconciliations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support financial workflows.
- Supporting the wider Accounts Payable team and contributing to departmental goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Maths, Finance & Business, or
- Relevant experience in an accounts payable or finance role.
- Familiarity with payment processes and Sage 200 (preferred but not essential).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong numeracy and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
