GPW Recruitmentis currently recruiting for aProduction Operativerole in Bentham, Lancaster, on behalf of a leading manufacturer in theprotection equipmentindustry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with production experience who is looking to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining production machinery forprotection equipment.
Assembling and pressure testing suppression components.
Managing inventory, picking orders, and preparing products for shipment.
Packing productsand related equipment for delivery by road, sea, or air.
Adhering to health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE and COSHH protocols.
Working flexibly across different departments to support production flow and team needs.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in aproductionormanufacturingrole.
Forklift truckexperience is an advantage (but not essential).
A good understanding ofhealth and safetyprocedures (COSHH, PPE).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of£13.82 per hour.
Full-time, temp - permposition.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 16:00; Friday, 07:30 13:00.
Requirements:
Must be available to work40 hours per week.
