This well-known Multi rosette Hotel in North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Commis chef to join this successful small brigade.
This Commis chef position will suit a Commis chef with at least a years kitchen experience. You must have a real passion for food and show flair and imagination. This North Yorkshire Country House Hotel has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. It has received National recognition and been the subject of many national newspaper articles.
The establishment uses all local north Yorkshire suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To relieve this fact they produce all in house and utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.
The ideal Commis chef will have at least one years experience working with a fresh food operation ideally/rosette kitchen environment.
Above all you must how ambition. You must be showing all the basic skills required to be able to work safely within a busy kitchen environment.
Above all the successful Commis chef will show a real determination to learn and develop. This Commis chef role with offer the opportunity to work within a multi rosette kitchen, where the chefs will invest time to develop you. They are looking for a hard worker and a chef who is willing to listen and learn.
Commis chef skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food (rosette awarded minimum)
Rosette standard desired but high standard fresh food will be considered
