About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant in an ASC school, you will:* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASC* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)* Support students in developing social, communication, and emotional skills* Promote positive behaviour and independence* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should:* Have experience working with children or young people with ASC* Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach* Possess strong communication and team-working skills* Hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or be willing to apply for one)* Have the legal right to work in the UK
