About the Junior Relationship Director Role
As a Junior Relationship Director - Development Finance, you'll support senior originators and begin to take ownership of your own relationships with property developers and brokers. You'll play a key part in identifying new opportunities, helping to structure deals, and supporting clients throughout the lending process. Full training and mentorship will be provided, making this a rare chance to develop specialist knowledge in a thriving sector.
Junior Relationship Director Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination and structuring of development finance loans
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, developers, and intermediaries
- Assess basic lending opportunities and contribute to deal structuring discussions
- Work alongside credit and underwriting teams to deliver tailored funding solutions
- Attend property finance events and support the team’s presence across the Northern market
