Are you a CITMA Qualified Trade Mark Paralegal? We are assisting a top-rate law firm in North West England who are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
An ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a similar trade mark support role. The CITMA qualification is essential for this role. In addition, you will need to be confident in carrying out paralegal working on your own initiative. Ideally, you will need at least 2 years’ experience.
Please see below an outline of duties:
- Managing trade mark portfolios.
- Drafting correspondence to clients.
- Being the main point of contact for clients and IPOs.
- Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
- Maintaining the firm’s DMS and client records.
