This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, mentor, and support a dedicated care team while making a real difference in residents lives.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of care assistants, ensuring high-quality care at all times.

  • Administer medication and monitor residents health, identifying any signs of deterioration.

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop personalised care plans.

  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, professional standards, and company policies.

Working Hours: 8 PM 8 AM shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in elderly care and dementia care settings.

  • A strong background in overnight care and a commitment to person-centred care.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

  • Confidence in liaising with healthcare professionals and managing a care team.
