Your Role

As a HR Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our client’s dynamic team based on the outskirts of Lancaster. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting various departments with onboarding new team members

• Managing day-to-day HR administration and maintaining employee records

• Handling administrative queries and ensuring compliance with recruitment practices

• Collaborating with department managers to uphold high standards
