Are you an organised, detail-oriented Secretary or similar looking for an new stable long term opportunity?

My client are a solicitor well known to the Lancaster area - they are a thriving, lively environment where your contributions will make a real difference?

Drafting and formatting legal documents with precision and care.
Managing case files and maintaining organised records for easy access.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances efficiently.
Communicating with clients, attorneys, and external parties with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
Assisting with the preparation of trial materials and conducting legal research as needed.

Previous experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role is an advantage
Proficient typing skills and a good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A desire to work in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
