The job
You’ll take customer-approved concepts and own everything from factory trial to launch across multiple manufacturing sites.
That includes:
- Running and coordinating factory trials
- Managing critical paths (and adapting when they move)
- Working closely with Technical, Operations and central NPD
- Leading a small process NPD team
- Being the main site contact for customers
What you’ll need
- Strong process / scale-up experience in a large factory
- Confidence managing stakeholders and standing your ground
- Comfortable working site-based
