- Manage all aspects of one weekly and two monthly payrolls on Sage Payroll software.
- Enter hours and expenses maintaining payroll pay scales such that all payments are completed accurately and on-time.
- Complete relevant HMRC paperwork returns and ensure submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain nominal coding in automated interfaces from Sage Payroll into Sage 200.
- Participate in any projects to develop the payroll processes and database, taking a lead on identifying improvements and playing a key role in implementing any resultant changes.
- To keep abreast with the developments in Payroll rules and regulations and to contribute to their implementation.
- Ensure smooth closing of all weekly payroll ledgers.
- Monthly reconciliation of all payroll control accounts in line with Management Accounts Reporting Timetable.
- Ensure all deductions from wages are paid across to relevant bodies on time.
