The role
As Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of key projects supporting one of the UK's major energy providers. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure every stage - from planning to completion - runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You'll:
- Set and deliver project strategies in alignment with client expectations.
- Manage cost, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships across engineering, procurement, and operations.
- Lead with a focus on safety, collaboration, and results.
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear, proactive communication.
- The role is based at Heysham Power Station, with some travel to other UK sites.
What you'll need
- Degree in engineering or related field.
- A recognised project management qualification (APMP or equivalent).
- Experience delivering complex engineering projects in regulated environments.
- Strong grasp of safety cases, CDM, quality control, and commercial principles.
- Confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives under pressure.
