Process Technologist

I’m working with a large, well-established manufacturer looking to strengthen their site-based NPD Process team. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, running trials, and getting involved in real scale-up - not just paperwork.

• Running factory trials and recording outputs

• Scaling new products across multiple UK sites

• Working closely with Operations, Technical, and NPD

• Supporting launches for major UK retail customers

• Owning projects from concept through to handover

• 2+ years’ experience in food manufacturing

• Food science or related qualification ideal

• Confident communicator who enjoys cross-functional working

• Strong exposure to end-to-end NPD

• Multi-site experience

• Stable, growing food manufacturer

• Clear development opportunity
