Your New Company are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team at HMP Lancaster Farms. This is a key role on a major extension project within a secure environment, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise in mechanical systems.
Your new role
Supervise and coordinate all mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Manage subcontractors and liaise with site management to maintain progress and quality.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Ensure adherence to security protocols and site regulations within the prison environment.
Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work within a secure environment (previous prison project experience desirable).
SSSTS / SMSTS
Valid CSCS card and relevant mechanical qualifications.
