We are a leading bespoke joinery and interior fit-out contractor, delivering high-quality craftsmanship for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UK. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our specialist joinery division and support the continued success of our projects.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the financial and contractual aspects of multiple joinery projects from tender through to final account. Working closely with our estimating, design, and production teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage project cost plans, valuations, and variations.

  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and contracts to produce accurate bills of quantities.

  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract administration.

  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasting.

  • Provide accurate monthly reporting and support project management teams.

  • Manage client and subcontractor relationships with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Support continuous improvement in cost control and commercial performance.

About You
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience within joinery, fit-out, or interior construction sectors.

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT, NEC).

  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
