This is a fantastic temporary role where you will play an essential part in creating a positive dining experience for students.
Position: Catering Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Lancaster - Central
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM
Enhanced DBS: Required
Your Role:
As a Catering Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving nutritious meals with a smile
Assisting with the setup and cleanup of dining areas
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
Engaging with students to create a friendly atmosphere
Supporting the catering team in daily operations
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A valid Enhanced DBS check (mandatory)
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Experience in catering or food service (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children
A commitment to providing excellent customer service
