About the RoleAs a Support Worker within an Alternative Provision setting, you will play a vital role in helping students aged 5-16 overcome barriers to learning, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse needs* Assisting in the development and implementation of personalised education plans* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation* Supporting students during lessons, activities, and transitions* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies* Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from individuals with:* Experience in supporting children or young people with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviours* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach* Strong communication and team-working skills* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Youth Work, or Social Care) are desirable but not essential
