Overview
We are looking for experienced Welders to join our welding and fabrication team, working to approved procedures, quality assurance standards, and environmental requirements. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality outputs for every project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of welding in accordance with engineering drawings, approved procedures, and client specifications.

  • Identify and report any welding issues immediately to the relevant team leader or supervisor.

  • Collaborate closely with fabrication and welding leadership to ensure contractual, quality, and schedule requirements are met through to project completion.

  • Carry out reasonable additional tasks as directed by the Welding or Fabrication Team Leader.

  • Maintain safe working practices at all times, following all health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding, or NVQ Level 3 equivalent (essential).

  • Proven ability to work to engineering drawings and quality standards.

  • Strong understanding of welding processes and materials.

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
