We’re currently hiring a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Lancing. As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating hydraulic presses safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading items from heat treatment processes
- Performing routine maintenance on machinery
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
What we’re looking for:
- Experience operating machinery - especially heavy or industrial equipment (preferred but not essential)
- Previous work in a production or manufacturing setting, or a genuine interest in starting a career in this environment
- Confidence in lifting heavy equipment and being on your feet throughout the day
- A consistent, dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail
The Machine Operator Role at a Glance:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:30pm
- £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Based in Lancing
