As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

- Process and manage customer orders with attention to detail.

Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the life science industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
- An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
