Senior Warehouse Supervisor, Permanent, Larkhall, £35,600 per annum plus overtime
Our busy warehouse in Larkhall is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Senior Supervisor to keep shift operations running smoothly.
As a Senior Warehouse Supervisor you will be tasked with:
- Take charge of daily shift operations across multiple warehouse functions
- Delegate tasks and direct the team with clarity and purpose
- Track attendance and shift adherence, dealing with absences as needed
- Identify under-performance and support improvement with coaching
- Ensure outbound deliveries are prepared accurately and leave on time
- Solve day-to-day problems and communicate clearly across departments
- Maintain health & safety standards across equipment, processes, and spaces
- Keep stock flowing through the warehouse with FIFO in mind
