Role: Electrical Engineer (Solar)
Salary: 40,000 + Bonuses, Overttime, Call Out Bonuses, Van, Healthcare, Pension,HV Training will be provided to all employees after 6 - 9 month period which will result in pay increase

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team of one of the largest and fastest-growing solar energy developers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out both preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical components, including inverters and solar modules.
- Deliver electrical maintenance services across a regional portfolio of solar farms.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with local subcontractors.
- Consistently follow HSE procedures and contribute to ongoing risk assessments.
What We're Looking For:
- Electrically competent, with hands-on experience.
- Ideally holds a recognised qualification such as City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition).
- Previous experience with industrial PV installation or maintenance is highly desirable.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
