Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

This is a great opportunity to join an established firm of Estate Agents in the Cornwall area who require a sales negotiator for their Launceston office with on target earnings expected to be in the region of £28-35,000 depending on experience.You will be a driven individual with a proactive attitude towards your work and with great team spirit. Already working in the estate agency industry or keen to join, you will be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service and an ability to meet targets and manage workloads effectively.Our client is seeking a candidate who is:

• Confident, articulate, and professional in appearance and manner
• Experienced in sales (essential); estate agency experience is a strong advantage
• Technically proficient with computer systems and office software
• A strong communicator and team player
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer care
• A holder of a full UK driving licence and in possession of their own vehicle

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or strong customer service
• A keen interest in the property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• This is a great role within a friendly office and the company offers training and career progression to any successful candidate.
• You will need your own car

Our client is looking for someone to start immediately (subject to giving any notice they may have) and the role is full time.
