Head of Finance

My client is a Warwickshire based service business who are looking for a Head of Finance on a permanent basis.

We're looking for a commercially astute and forward-thinking finance leader to join the senior team at a truly exciting stage of the journey. This is a pivotal position where you'll have the chance to shape the financial direction of the business, influence major decisions, and play a central role in driving long-term growth.

You'll take the lead in setting and delivering financial strategies that align with their ambitions, partnering closely with the executive team to guide investment priorities and growth plans. From forecasting and budgeting to big-picture planning, you'll ensure the business has the insight and structure it needs to thrive.

Day to day, you'll oversee all financial operations, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and fully compliant. You'll manage cash flow and capital investments with confidence, keeping the business agile while safeguarding financial health.

Your commercial expertise will be vital in shaping pricing models and supporting negotiations. By analysing performance trends and cost impacts, you'll provide the insight that keeps them competitive. You'll also partner with procurement and other operational colleagues to model investment decisions and deliver strong ROI.

As a guardian of risk and governance, you'll embed robust controls, lead audits, and ensure high standards of accountability across the organisation. Your leadership will inspire confidence internally and externally alike.

Above all, you'll lead and develop a talented finance team, creating an environment where people grow, collaborate, and continuously improve.
