Position: Temporary Fleet Administrator
Salary: £12.60 p/h – can not flex on this
Contract: Temporary – April until Oct
Location: Leamington Spa (Warwick side)
Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8.30-4.30pm - office based ideally due to nature of the job. Can flex on start time/end time

Our client is looking for a temporary Fleet Administrator due to a member of staff transitioning to another departmart internally. Dependant on the development of the team will determine whether this job is made into a permanent job
Administrator duties include:
- Upload relevant hard copy documents to the CRM system.
- Perform data cleansing tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data using Excel to update missing information on the internal database
- Occasionally liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant information is collated
- Ensure vehicles are maintained according to company standards.
- Organize and manage files using SharePoint.
Administrative Assistant person specification:
Essential-
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Be comfortable working in a process driven and data entry role
- Experience within Sharepoint is highly desirable
- Confident communicator over MS Teams, email and telephone
- Intermediate Excel skills are highly desirable (Vlookups, pivots, HLookups)
- Self starter / use own initiative
