Contract: Temporary – April until Oct

Location: Leamington Spa (Warwick side)

Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8.30-4.30pm  - office based ideally due to nature of the job. Can flex on start time/end time

Our client is looking for a temporary Fleet Administrator due to a member of staff transitioning to another departmart internally. Dependant on the development of the team will determine whether this job is made into a permanent job

Administrator duties include:

  • Upload relevant hard copy documents to the CRM system.
  • Perform data cleansing tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze data using Excel to update missing information on the internal database
  • Occasionally liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant information is collated
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained according to company standards.
  • Organize and manage files using SharePoint.

Administrative Assistant person specification:

Essential-

  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Be comfortable working in a process driven and data entry role
  • Experience within Sharepoint is highly desirable
  • Confident communicator over MS Teams, email and telephone
  • Intermediate Excel skills are highly desirable (Vlookups, pivots, HLookups)
  • Self starter / use own initiative

This would suit someone who is task driven, self sufficient and happy to work within a data driven role
