We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in managing multiple tasks efficiently and supports daily office operations with a proactive attitude. As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and distribute information within the office, including answering phones and maintaining files.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organise meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining databases, preparing reports, and presentations.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks, such as preparing invoices and handling budget reports.
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained, including stocking of supplies and ordering new equipment as needed.
  • Assist in the organisation of company events or conferences.
  • Maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
