We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our client's team. As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and distribute information within the office, including answering phones and maintaining files.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organise meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining databases, preparing reports, and presentations.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks, such as preparing invoices and handling budget reports.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained, including stocking of supplies and ordering new equipment as needed.
- Assist in the organisation of company events or conferences.
- Maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment.
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
