I'm working with a well-respected architectural studio in Warwickshire that is seeking a talented Architect to join its vibrant and forward-thinking team. This award-winning practice is known for its innovative design ethos and exceptional attention to detail, with an impressive portfolio spanning high-end residential and commercial projects.

The successful Architect will contribute to high-quality design development, collaborate closely with clients and consultants, and ensure each phase meets the practice's rigorous standards. Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, along with solid knowledge of current UK building regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Architect to contribute to standout projects within a supportive and design-led studio.

Experience, Skills and Requirements for the role of Architect:

  • ARB-registered and Part 3 qualified
  • Significant post-qualification experience within a UK-based architecture firm
  • Prior exposure to high-end residential projects is beneficial
  • Solid understanding of UK building codes and planning policy
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Detail-oriented with a creative design mindset
  • Good understanding of construction techniques and material specifications
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects across all RIBA stages
