Position: Production Operative
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Shift Patterns
07:00 - 16:00 | Monday - Friday
15:00 - 00:00 | Monday - Friday
Competitive Pay
12.30 per hour starting rate
10 shift allowance applicable per completed shift on PM shifts
Available Roles
Despatch Department:
Picking and packing goods efficiently
Handling heavy items and manual lifting tasks
Performing repetitive work with accuracy
Ensuring quality control standards are met
Production Department:
Operating and monitoring manufacturing machines
Managing production processes with precision
Handling heavy goods as part of daily operations
Maintaining safety and operational standards
Requirements
Previous experience working on a production line in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift heavy goods safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Reliable transport or local residency to ensure punctual attendance
