Days -Pay rate £14.03 per hour.
Shifts - Pay Rate £15.43 per hour.

Shifts

Starting on days and movbing on to rotating shifts

Days - 07.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs and 07.00-12.00 on Friday (30-minute break)
Shifts -06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday and 14.00 -22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday (20 minutes break) Rotating fortnightly.

39 hrs per week + possible overtime

Our client is a leading international manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. They are looking for a Machine Operator to join their existing team on a temporary ongoing basis.

The Role:

  • As a Machine Operator, you will be operating and running the press machines
  • Manufacturing components to a high standard
  • Ability to interpret and work to engineering drawings
  • Using engineering measuring equipment such as Vernier’s, callipers, or Micrometres
  • Maintaining machinery by cleaning it and making sure it is in working order and checking and ordering materials needed.
  • Working with multiple types of metal, including stainless steel and aluminium
  • Removing and cleaning of finished parts ready for Production.
  • Completing your own quality control checks
  • Completion of documentation
  • Keeping to tight deadlines and targets

 

The successful candidate will ideally have previous CNC bending or machine shop experience within a manufacturing organisation.
