Build Recruitment is representing a leading Social Housing company seeking an experienced Joiner for a contract in Leamington Spa.
The position offers a salary of £22 per hour under CIS/Umbrella PAYE, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
Overtime is paid at enhanced rates, and there is an optional call-out rota available.
Candidates must have City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualifications, own van and tools, and multi-trade experience.
A full UK driving license is also essential for this role.

For the successful Joiner our client is offering:

£22 per hour (CIS/Umbrella PAYE)
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Temporary - Permanent

The Role: Joiner

Working throughout Leamington Spa
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Following health and safety regulations
Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Joiner

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Own van and tools ESSENTIAL
Multi trade experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
