Resolute Recruitment is hiring a CNC Operator (Milling or Turning) for a permanent night shift position in Leamington Spa.
The role offers a salary of £15.37 per hour plus a shift allowance, totaling £18.29 per hour.
Candidates must have experience in a similar role and be able to interpret and work from engineering drawings.
Responsibilities include operating CNC machines, loading and unloading parts, and conducting quality inspections using various measuring tools.
The shift pattern is Monday to Thursday from 14:15 to 23:45 and Friday from 12:00 to 16:00.

This will be a permanent position on a night shift, within an exciting business that are experiencing a lot of growth.CNC Operator (Milling or Turning)Location: Leamington Spa, WarwickshireCNC Operator - Salary:• £15.37 per hour + Shift allowance. Total rate £18.29 per hour.CNC Operator - The Job:• For the role of CNC Operator, you will be operating CNC Milling or Turning machines.• Loading and unloading of parts.• Quality Inspection of parts using micrometers, Vernier’s and gauges will be required for the role of CNC Operator.• Working from Engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards is required for the role of CNC Operator.CNC Operator - Job Requirements:• For the role of CNC Operator, experience in a similar role is essential.• Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings is required for the role of CNC Operator.• Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.• Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.CNC Operator - Shift pattern:• Afternoon shift, 5 days per week. 14:15 - 23:45 Monday to Thursday. 12:00 - 16:00 Friday.
