We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data management solutions that enhance user experience and support decision-making in a large, complex organisation. Experience with SAP data models is essential.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop customer journey/user centric data management solutions that are adopted by business users in a large complex organisation.
  • Design and set up data governance policies and/or standards along with data quality guidelines or training to enable data reporting to be improved.
  • Support the implementation of the data management solutions taking into account user experience through the complete project lifecycle and aftercare.
  • Work with Reporting Developers and Data Engineers to help build technology solutions.
  • Feed into communications and change plans and translating that empathetically into key stakeholder workshops and interactions during a period of cultural, process and technology change.
  • Align with the project vision influencing senior stakeholders and driving engagement up to the executive level.
  • Support proposal of any required changes to existing business processes to improve financial data management capabilities and user enablement.
  • Experience with SAP data models is essential.

Key Deliverables include:
  • Enhancement of reporting tools being developed by the project by establishing business rules and metrics in order to measure, monitor and improve the utility of report data.
  • Implementation and reinforcement of data related roles & responsibilities to ensure clarity over accountability for data accuracy and integrity. Compile and socialise data policy documents, leveraging and building on current initiatives and ways of working.
  • Identification and documentation of report specific quality issues that prevent effective use of financial reports and manage associated data remediation plans.
