Deputy Manager required for a beautiful, high-end private nursing home in Warwickshire.

Are you a passionate and experienced nurse leader looking for your next step in a premium care environment? We're delighted to be supporting an award winning care provider in the recruitment of a Clinical Deputy Home Manager.

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the General Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, with a strong focus on clinical leadership. You'll inspire and lead the nursing and care team to deliver exceptional standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in all areas of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical standards and support staff development
  • Lead on audits, care planning, and medication management
  • Support with occupancy, compliance, and CQC inspections
  • Be a key point of contact for residents and families
  • Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence
Requirements:
  • NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
  • Strong leadership skills with a supportive, hands-on approach
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care
  • Experience in a senior nursing or deputy role within elderly care
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
