We are looking for Production Operatives for a temporary ongoing assignment in Leamington Spa with flexible rotating shifts, including days, lates, and nights.
Candidates should have previous production experience in a manufacturing organization and familiarity with skillsets such as CNC Machining, Press Shop Operating, Robot Welding, Paint Shop Operations, or Turret Machining.
The pay rate is £14.43 per hour for day shifts, £15.89 for other shifts, and £17.73 for night shifts, with a standard of 39 hours per week plus overtime.
Shifts are structured with specific hours for days, lates, and nights, including breaks during each shift.

We are seeking Production Operatives to join a leading international manufacturing company in Leamington Spa.

Turret (Press) Machinist

Pay rate for Production Operatives:

Days: Pay rate £14.43 per hour.

Shifts: Pay Rate £15.89 per hour.

Nights Pay Rate £17.73 per hour

Shifts: 39 hrs per week + Overtime.

Days: 07.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs and 07.00-12.00 on Friday (30-minute break)

Shifts: (20 minutes break) Rotating fortnightly.

06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday

14.00 -22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday

Lates 14.00-22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 On Friday (39hrs) (20 minutes lunch break)

Nights Monday to Thurs nights 22.00pm to 6.00am and Fri 20.00pm to 3.00am

You will ideally have previous production experience in a manufacturing organisation
