Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on a brilliant opportunity for a Practice Manager in Warwickshire to join a specialist financial planning firm, that pride themselves in offering unrestricted and unbiased advice.

This role will involve but not be limited to:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with Management on strategic and operational initiatives
- Maintain and improve office policies, systems, and procedures
- Lead and mentor the Client Services team
- Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and workloads
- Act as a key contact for Advisers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and GDPR
- Maintain accurate client records and audit documentation

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as a manager within a Wealth Management company
- Exposure utilising Intelligent Office
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to inspire, support and encourage team members
