Job Title: SCC Night Shift Support
Location: Warwick, Warwickshire
Pay Rate: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum
Duration: 6-month initial term, with potential for extension
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Night Shifts)
About the Role:
Adecco is seeking a SCC Night Shift Support professional to join our client's Security Control Centre team in Warwick. This is a critical role ensuring the safety and security of a monitored estate during night hours. You'll be responsible for responding to alarm activations, supporting night shift colleagues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and respond to alarm activations across the SCC-monitored estate.
* Provide operational support to night shift colleagues.
* Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports.
* Perform basic security activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
* Escalate incidents in line with SCC protocols.
* Liaise with emergency services and site contacts when required.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including first aid response.
Essential Requirements:
* Valid SIA Licence.
* First Aid trained and confident in responding to medical incidents.
* Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
* Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable using security systems and technology.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in a Security Control Room or Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
* Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures.
* Experience in contractor or temporary security roles.
Additional Information
* Initial 6-month contract with potential extension.
* Based at Warwick office, Monday to Friday night shifts.
