Carpenter / Multi Trade

I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade for a project doing reactive maintenance in tenanted Social Housing Properties in Leamington Spa. This is an ongoing contract for the next 6 months

The Carpenter Multi Trade will be expected to:

• Carpentry such as skirting, doors, boxing in, repairs etc
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Touching up and finishing

Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade that has:

• Experience doing reactive maintenance
• Experience in social housing properties
• Their own van

And in return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

• 22 per hour
• Ongoing work
• Chance for permenant work if the carpenter wants (recieves van and feul card)
