Since opening in September 2023 they have been growing year by year, building a team that is passionate about educational excellence for our pupils, families and the wider community.This role offers a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new school, shaping its development and contributing to its success. An Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) plays a vital role in the development and education of young children. Their key responsibilities typically include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities to support early learning.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Encouraging social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through play-based learning.
  • Providing care and support tailored to each child's developmental needs.
  • Supporting children with additional needs or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, parents and carers.
  • Communicate progress, achievements and any concerns with families.
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues and external professionals.

  • Early Years Level 3 qualification - Essential

  • A recognised 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (PFA)
  • Special Educational Needs training - Desirable
