Are you a Human Factors Researcher looking for a new opportunity?

If so, Expleo have an opportunity for you! One of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, is currently recruiting for a Human Factors Researcher, to help them develop unique and innovative automotive products. The purpose of this role is to create human centred user experience design for future products, this centres around the conception and design of user interface systems for the vehicle, including centre screen, voice, passenger entertainment and control screens. Based in Warwickshire, you will be supporting, a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Sciences team, on a contract basis.

Responsibilities of the Human Factors Researcher include:

*Conducting research to understand user behaviours, needs, and interactions with products and systems, and applying this knowledge to improve design and usability
*Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies
*Define key information requirements based upon requirements / task analysis
*Interpret research data to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for improving user experience.
*Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to integrate human factors principles into product development
*Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in human factors and ergonomics

Qualifications and skills required for the Human Factors Researcher position:

*Degree in a relevant subject matter or equivalent industry experience
*Strong background in human factors, ergonomics, and user experience research
*Excellent analytical skills
*Proficiency in research methodologies and familiarity with research tools / software
*Strong knowledge and experience of developments in the area of human machine interfaces
